What are our mats made from
LUER mats are crafted from premium PU and natural tree rubber, with your health and comfort in mind. Unlike many others, we don’t treat our mats with harsh chemicals, making them gentle on your skin.
The top layer of high-quality PU is designed to absorb sweat, ensuring a secure grip whether your mat is dry or during the sweatiest of sessions. It’s breathable and easy to clean—just be sure to let it dry fully after each use.
The base, made from natural rubber, provides solid support, and all materials used are fully recyclable, so you can feel good about your practice and the planet.
Can I recycle my mat?
Yes, your LUER mat is built to stand the test of time, but like all things, it will eventually reach the end of its journey. When that time comes, we encourage you to recycle or repurpose your mat in creative, sustainable ways.
Here are some ideas:
- Bury it in your garden, where it will naturally biodegrade in 1 to 5 years
- Cut it into sections and use them as kneeling pads for gardening or household tasks
- Create a comfortable sleeping base for camping adventures
- Donate it to someone beginning their own yoga journey
- Use it as a non-slip surface under rugs or furniture
- Cut it into grip-enhancing pads for yoga blocks or weights
- Repurpose it as a pet bed or a protective surface for pets’ feeding areas, or when travelling

How long will my mat last?
The longevity of your LUER mat depends on how often you use it and how well it’s maintained. With proper care - such as regular cleaning and making sure it dries fully after each practice.
Your mat is designed to provide long-lasting support and grip through many sessions. As your mat naturally wears over time, think of each mark as a reflection of your dedication and progress.
While it won’t last forever, LUER mats are built with durability in mind to support your journey for as long as possible.
When the time comes to retire your mat, we encourage you to recycle or repurpose it thoughtfully.

CARING FOR YOUR MAT
How to store your LUER mat?
To keep your LUER mat in top condition, store it rolled upright with the LUER logo facing outward.
Always ensure the mat is completely dry before rolling it up, and avoid storing it near any heat sources or in a heated space, as this can affect its integrity.
Keep your mat out of prolonged direct sunlight, and avoid folding it or placing heavy objects on it while rolled to maintain its structure and durability.
Can I use my LUER mat for hot yoga?
LUER mats are designed to provide an exceptional grip, even during the sweatiest of flows and workouts, making them a favourite among our community for all types of practice including hot yoga.
While many love using their LUER mat in hot and humid environments, frequent use in these conditions may naturally reduce its lifespan over time.
Just be mindful of the extra care needed, and enjoy the confidence that comes with a mat built for high-performance practices.

Should I fold or roll my LUER mat?
Your LUER mat is designed to be laid flat, not folded. Folding may damage its shape, structure, and overall integrity.
Instead, roll your mat tightly with the LUER logo facing outward to help it maintain its original form and performance.
My LUER mat has a slight smell
When you first unroll your beautiful new LUER mat, you may notice a slight scent. This is the natural aroma of untreated rubber, and rest assured, it’s completely harmless to you and the environment.
This scent will naturally dissipate with use. If you're sensitive to the smell, we recommend unrolling your mat and allowing it to ventilate for a while.
How often should I clean my mat?
We recommend giving your LUER mat a light clean after each use to maintain its performance and hygiene.
For a deeper clean, aim to wash it every few weeks, especially if you practice frequently or in hot conditions. Simply wipe it down with a gentle, eco-friendly cleaner or a mixture of water and mild soap.
Always allow it to dry completely before rolling it up to ensure longevity and keep it looking its best.

SHIPPING
What countries do we ship to?
We take pride in offering worldwide shipping to almost every destination.
We are now able to ship outside the UK to Europe, North America, India, Australia and New Zealand.
If you don’t see your country on the list when making your order, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@lueryoga.com. We’d love to explore the possibility of delivering LUER products to you.
Can I track my order?
Every order comes with a tracking link, so you can stay updated on the arrival of your new movement companion.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
Do I need to pay customs duties and fees?
Yes. As the customer, you are responsible for any duties and taxes imposed by your country when your item is delivered.
LUER YOGA cannot predict these fees. Items shipped outside the United Kingdom will be declared at their full purchase price.
UK Deliveries will not be subject to pay and customs duties and fees.
I entered the wrong shipping details
Please reach out to us via the form or email us at hello@lueryoga.com as soon as possible with your correct shipping address. If the item has not yet shipped we'll get it sorted for you right away!

What payment method can I use?

ORDER REFUNDS
What is your refund/return policy?
At LUER, your satisfaction is our priority.
If any part of your order doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us right away quoting your order number. We’re here to make things right and ensure you’re completely happy with your experience.
Should you wish to return your LUER product, simply contact us within 14 days of delivery. As long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact (including labels and paper wraps), we’ll gladly process your return. Please note that for non-faulty returns, we kindly ask that you cover the return label fee. Items returned with damaged packaging may incur a handling charge, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

For non-faulty items, please kindly note that we will not be able to cover return shipping or replacement shipping.
Until the package reaches us, it remains your responsibility, so please retain proof of postage. We also recommend insuring the goods for their full value during their return journey. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods.
My item is faulty or damaged
In the rare instance that your LUER product arrives with a defect or fault, please reach out to our support team at hello@lueryoga.com. We’ll look into the issue immediately.
To help us resolve this quickly, please include:
- A detailed description of the fault
- Photographic evidence of the issue
We kindly ask that you report any concerns within 14 days of delivery.
Can I exchange my item?
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, please reach out to us right away at hello@lueryoga.
We don't offer exchanges, but we do accept returns. For more details, check out our refund/return policy above.
